Imatinib 
Imatinib 400-800 mg po qd

Dasatinib
Dasatinib 70 mg po  bid or 100 mg po qd

Nilotinib
Nilotinib  400-600 mg po bid
Avoid food 2 hours before and 1 hour after taking a dose
Prolongs QT interval. Should not be used in patients with hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia or long QT syndrome. Obtain ECGs to monitor QTc at baseline, 7 days after initiation, and periodically thereafter, as well as following dose adjustments

Busulfan
Busulfan: 1,8 mg/m2/day/po

Hydroxyurea
Hydroxyurea :1-5 mg/day po

Interferon a-2a
Interferon a-2a : 9 MU/day/sc

Interferon+Ara-C
interferon a-2b: 5 MU /m2 /sc daily
Ara-C: 20 mg/m2 sc daily for 10 days
repeat Ara-C on a montly basis
